Delivery Time
During the checkout process, we will arrange shipment from the nearest warehouse based on your delivery destination address and provide an estimated delivery time. Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and starts from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Most orders will be dispatched on the same day or the next business day. However, in exceptional circumstances, we will strive to fulfill your order within 3 business days after the order date. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is dispatched, a shipment notification email will be sent to you.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the items and quantity in your order, the chosen delivery method, and the delivery address. To find out the delivery cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed to the checkout page as a guest, and enter your address. Once you have entered your address on the checkout page, the system will display the delivery options and charges applicable to your specific address.
Delivery Location
The products offered on our website can only be delivered to the address provided during the checkout process. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact our customer service as soon as possible through our website or via our after-sales email at service@rockbee.com.cn. Please note that orders that are already being processed or have been shipped may not be guaranteed to have their delivery addresses modified.
Damaged Items in Transport
If you receive any items with damaged packaging or missing products, please contact our after-sales team through our website or via our after-sales email at service@rockbee.com.cn within 5 business days of receiving the products.
